Well, having got back from London and already notified the estate agent that the buyers had opted out, we were still faced with a SOLD sign. Rang......it will be fixed.
Today, after a day away we found it was just the same so Steve removed the SOLD bit. I contacted the agent to let them know we had left it outside. He apologised profusely.
Later today we found we had NO sign at all, they had come and removed the whole thing!!! Good grief. Following more calls and texts, the agent assured us that the sign would be back up today.
Two hours later it is!
Oh, and the doctor still hasn't managed to find the time to type the letters that we need to fax to London. We took them in on Monday.
